Barack Obama gets ticked off when he is (correctly) accused of being a socialist.  Maybe that’s because “socialist” is not putting a fine enough point on his politics.

In this video, Obama says:

We cannot continue to rely only on our military to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set.  We’ve gotta have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded.

Let’s break down Comrade Obama’s idea…

A civilian national security force to “achieve the national security objectives we’ve set.”  Under Homeland Security?  A NATIONAL National Guard?  A Cheka?  A Gestapo?  Curious… the Left has accused George Bush of being or trying to be a dictator and using gestapo-like tactics to rid us of our civil rights.  Now, Comrade Obama wants to chuck the Insurrection and Posse Comitatus Acts to “achieve national security objective.”

He wants the People’s Commissariat of State Security to be “just as powerful, just as strong” as the current military.  That means – and it cannot be interpreted any other way – that Comrade Obama wants a KGB force with tanks and troop carriers in our streets, jets, missiles and artillery aimed at our cities and gunboats in our lakes and rivers.

Also, we have to consider that to be “just as well-funded” as the Department of Defense, he’ll need to over $650 billion to the national budget.  He’s gonna get all that (and SO much more) by taxing only “Cut[ting] taxes for 95 percent of workers and their families with a tax cut of $500 for workers or $1,000 for working couples.“?
